Whisky is all Black except for a small White patch on his chest
He is neutered about 8 years old, and was not wearing a collar as he would not keep it on

I have put posters up and contacted the local pet shop who have also put posters up in the shop for me.
Whisky is rather timid and doesn't like strangers

Maybe he has made himself at home in someone's Shed or Garage ?
