Fiesta minus tail still needing TLC


Fiesta is a very affectionate cat. He is very curious and is always getting into scrapes. The most recent of which was when we found him curled up with a broken tail, which led to a recent almost full amputation leaving him with about an inch and a half remaining which still needs medical attention. The tail is not fully healed. The hair is growing back but there is still a sore wound on the top.

We leave a way for the cats to get in and out of the house freely. We realised he was missing when he didn't come back for his tea at around 4 o'clock on the 18/11/08.

We also have 1 of his brothers, Mittens and he is taking the loss of his brother really badly. He doesn't want to go out any more and is pining and moping around the house.

The weather at the moment has been terrible and he is not a big fan of the rain. So we have been out every night and during the day when off work shouting for him and listening at people's sheds and garages in case he went to find shelter and has got trapped.


"We are desperate to get Fiesta back as he is a much loved and cherished member of our family.
We miss him terribly and are struggling to function properly as a family without him.
He still requires daily medical attention for his amputation, and is not comfortable with the loss.
He still struggles with his balance occasionally.
