Rosie is very much missed and we would dearly love to have her back with us again.

...

Rosie is an inquisitive and very active cat. She recently went missing and was found locked in a neighbour's outside cupboard. This time we cannot find her.

She was a little off colour on the day she went missing - we let her out as we thought some fresh air would help, and we haven't seen her since. We heard some dogs barking viciously on the day but don't know if they have anything to do with her disappearance. Our other cats seem OK, but still seem to think she is being hidden somewhere in the house as they look for her. The neighbours have been looking as we are a fairly close-knit community and Rosie was well known. She often used to visit other people's houses but no one was able to get near enough to her to stroke her apart from us.

Rosie was unusual in that although she appeared to be an ordinary moggy, she was very involved in everyting we did, and was dog-like in that she would bring us toys and want us to throw them for her to fetch. Once she was finished with them she used to collect them all together and, much to the annoyance of the other cats, put them all in the big water bowl for safe keeping.
