Jessie was let out as normal after breakfast, the day was exceptionally windy. Normally in bad weather he would return early afternoon, but was always back for his tea. He is a hunter and loves being out in the fresh air. He lives with 3 other female cats, one is his sister, they have never been separated until now and she is fretting and now being picked on by one of the other cats.
In the evening Jessie would always be with my son Alex and he'd accompany him to bed, once Alex was asleep I would bring Jessie down to rejoin the others. Jessie does look a young cat but is longer and thinner in his proportions than most cats with a long thin tail. His fur is very short and shiny compared to normal domestic cats. He walks very much like a panther and when sitting has a very haughty look, like an egyptian sphinx, but then he would relax and look a bit lobsided.
He is still playful, inquisitive and friendly, but out of the house may be wary of strangers. I doubt he would be near too much traffic as he always went towards the fields via our back fence and through the house behind.
Jessie is a much loved cat, especially by my son and his own sister, both miss him greatly and she is fretting and now fearful of going outside.
He likes an adventure but always returns home so we are very worried about his safety.
We have been out searching & leafleting hoping we can find his whereabouts as we hope he just got lost with the bad weather. We are deperate to find him or what has happened to him.
Would everyone living and working
